All registration, social event, optional tour, short course and fi eld trip fees must be paid IN FULL at the time of the registration. All fax registrations not including credit card information or mail-in registrations received without credit card information or a signed check from a U.S. bank will be returned. If completing a hard-copy form, use one form per professional or student registrant. If registering a spouse or guest, be certain to provide the individual´s name for the badge. Professionals may not register as spouses or guests. All speakers and poster presenters must be registered.
